The Raffle Rules
- Raffle is open to U.S. residents only.
- Tickets are available exclusively online here.
- Actual bicycle color and specifications may differ from the pictured bicycle.
- The bicycle prize will be delivered to the winner approximately 14 days after drawing.
- Fat Bike Wood River Valley (FBWRV) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Hailey, Idaho.
- Raffle tickets are not tax deductible, per IRS regulations.
- FBWRV Board Members, their spouses, and immediate family members (parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.
- There is no limit to how many tickets a participant can purchase.
- Odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets sold.
- One (1) prize will be awarded to one (1) winner.
- The raffle drawing will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at 6pm at The Trailhead Bicycles. Winner does not need to be present to win. The winner will be determined by random selection.
- All tickets must be purchased by 11:59 PM on the day prior to the drawing, December 10, 2025.
- Winners will be notified by phone within 24 hours of the drawing date.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected.
- The prize winner is solely responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes, title, transfer fees, license, duties, insurance, and all other expenses incurred in claiming the prize.
- By entering, the prize winner agrees to release and discharge Fat Bike Wood River Valley and any sponsors, their employees, agents, officers, directors, and legal representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or caused by the award, acceptance, use, or ownership of the prize.
